Administrator. Phyllis Davenport-Davis, CMPE Administrator at Peripheral Vascular Associates, P.A. San Antonio, Texas. Phyllis has been our administrator from 2003 – Present. She has been an invaluable source of help in all areas of the Foundation. Whether it’s spearheading fundraising initiatives or working after hours to help organizational needs, Phyllis has done it all. We are immensely grateful for her hardworking contribution as a board member and friend of the Foundation.
